Mercedes-Benz 190 Evolution II, with only 5000km for Sale in U.S

Years ago the 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution II thrilled professionals and the general public when it was unveiled at the Geneva International Motor Show. There were only 502 copies - all in "blue-black metallic".
The engine's output had been raised once again in comparison to the first Evolution model from the previous year, the Evo II generated 235 horsepower. The top speed was 250 km/h, 0-100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. The Evo II's bodykit is perhaps the most outrageous ever applied to a production car, with fully adjustable rear spoiler.
All Evo II had their production numbers on gear stick. The full SLS suspension allows the ride height to be adjusted from an interior switch.
The previous owner improved a lot to increase the overall performance of the car. The Drivetrain upgrades include revised intake manifolds, individual throttle valves, larger injectors, lighter aluminum pulley, and a Motec engine management system. In addition, chassis reinforcements, Brembo Monobloc brakes and DTM-OZ wheels were introduced.

With just 5,000 kilometers, this exceptional 190 E 2.5-16 EVO II is on the trail counter and it is the first Evo II to be offered publicly in North America. For an estimated $ 225,000 - $ 275,000 the 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution II will be offered at the RM Sotheby's auction on January 20 in Phoenix, Arizona (USA).
